Where in the QC is this? #14

Update at 11:50PM: We have a winner! hoganj300 successfully guessed the location of this image as a mural in Moline under the Arsenal bridge viaduct along the bike path. Here's the full mural, in all its wackiness.Update: Ok, here's another image to hopefully make things easier.
This one might be too easy, but we'll see. I'll post another image as a clue if no one gets it by the time I get up this afternoon.Where in the Quad Cities is this?

Way to narrow it down there WH. You're wrong anyway, but no more guessing entire cities.

Okay, I knew the answer right away early the morning, but I wanted to see if others would get it and how associated they were with the Illinois side of the river. This is part of an painting located on the bike path in Downtown Moline under the Arsenal Viaduct Bridge for last years Moline's Girls Softball State Championship team.

You're right about the location, but wasn't the mural for the visiting girls that attended the big ASA softball tournament you guys had over there?

I guess it was for both, but I do agere the mural is kind of weird.
