Love the new blog. Look forward to reading it. And, you're right--a couple of the other blogs have gotten so negative it's no longer an open debate; it's a mud slinging match.
Sure Davenport has a long list of problems, but I've seen more positive things happening recently than in the entire ten years I've called it home.

Yep. There isn't much better to see than a 10+ story building being built in downtown Davenport.
