Coming Tomorrow: Davenport Income Property Association meeting
This image could show the beginning of an alternative to QCRPA. I'll post my thoughts on the meeting tomorrow.

How was this meeting. I hope this group makes it big. We will know the true character of the QCRPA if they go after this group. We shall see I suppose.
i really don't think the QCRPA has that big of a following. I hope this group takes over. The neighborhood groups I know would welsome this activity.
The groups are looking for a landlord group that is willing to take a stand against the slumlords.
Recently, the QCRPA went after one of its members for speaking negatively in public about the group. This member was kicked out for violating the 'code on ethics'. However, the very same group allows some of its members (slumlords) violate the laws of Davenport, harbor crime, ruin neighborhoods, etc and they don't get kicked out.
I hope thi snew group kicks out the bad landlords and stands by the good ones as well as the neighbors who are trying to make a difference.
It is encouraging to see sincerity in the community in regard to trying to resolve problems. Hopefully this group will cease their attacks against those that don't agree with their philosophy, and they will work productively to help resolve the serious issues that exist in the City of Davenport.
Very Sincerely
Michael Steen President, Quad Cities Rental Property Association

I see Rick in the back but where's Roxy?
Steen, your a f*****g jerk, and someday you will get everything your deserve.
Watch your back big boy, I am watching.
Rick who?
Rick Momma.
NO dinner I guess?
Here it is TOMMORROW, and no indepth report from our ace on the street QCI. We are all waiting patiently.
QCI had a long night at work and went straight to bed this morning... its still today.
QCI's logic sounds more and more like X-alderman Bob McGivern every day.
Rick Momma? Isn't supposed to be Yo Mamma?
Is that Bill Boom in the back of
the picture with his hands above his head?
Nope, he wasn't there.
