What's the latest scuttlebutt on why The Hammer called for a special executive session of the council to evaluate Malin? This happened at the COW meeting on Monday and apparently caught some of the alderman off guard.
I spotted them along 5th between Pershing and Iowa on the way home from work. They may have just finished a bit of dumpster diving.
